How do I get started?

How do I submit a pitch?

Open the app, tap the creator flow, record a 30-second pitch, add your product details, and publish when you are ready.

What happens when I ship a product?

Shipping signals interest, adds the pitch to your Garage, and unlocks a better pathway to keep tabs on the maker and their updates.

Can I report bad content or unsafe users?

Yes. Use the report actions in the app for pitches or users, and our moderation team will review the report as quickly as possible.

How do password reset and email verification work?

Use the password reset flow from sign-in, and use the verification link sent to your inbox when you create an account or request another verification email.
